Stayello Rules & Regulation

Renting Rules

  • The rent is charged on monthly basis and there are no discounts/adjustments for holidays, leaves, or winter/summer break.
  • In the event you wish to vacate the PG before the expiry of the lock-in period, the Security Deposit is neither refundable nor adjustable.
  • Payment of rent shall be before/on 5th of every month, after which it shall attract a late penalty of Rs. 100 per day and eviction notice will be raised after the 10th of every month.
  • Payment Mode should be Online transfer/Cheques/PDCs/Cash.
  • Fixed Monthly rent includes the Accommodation charges, Cleaning & Maintenance Charges, Amenities & WiFi Charges as applied. Food is provided complimentary and is not charged separately
  • Electricity Bill is not included in monthly rent and shall be charged separately. Electricity bill will be charged on the basis of Room Sub-meters (divided equally among roommates) or fixed electricity charged per resident.

Accommodation Rules

  • Tenants should keep their room/washroom/wardrobe and shared area tidy & clean. Housekeeping & cleaning is provided by the management thrice a week & it is the tenant's responsibility to get their room & washroom cleaned at least twice a week. She/He must fix a time convenient to him for cleaning with the cleaning staff.
  • For security purposes, no external person/ delivery boy of Food apps /eCommerce Company/ Restaurants is allowed on your floors. Kindly receive & entertain them outside the gate of Stayello property.
  • Tenants should take care of all the furniture & fixtures handed over to them. Any fault must be reported immediately to the management.
  • Tenants themselves will be responsible for the safety of their personal articles as well as the safety of articles issued to them by the Stayello management for their use.
  • Tenants should not try to fix nails/screws etc into the walls or doors. No repair work shall be done by the tenants themselves. They should approach the management who will arrange for the repair work.
  • Charges for any damage to the property/furnishings/amenities caused directly or by their negligence will be recovered from them or deducted from the security deposit.
  • Tenants are expected to switch off the lights/fan/AC/Gadgets while going outside the room. Any negligence might result in a fine/penalty & will be recovered from them or deducted from the security deposit.
  • No heater/immersion/iron/blower etc shall be used in the shared area. Such high-watt gadgets must only be used in your individual room with the consent of your roommates & property caretaker.
  • Writing on the walls, sticking posters, or defacing the property is strictly prohibited, & maintenance charges will be applicable on doing so. Management has the right to floor/room to enter & inspect at any time even in the absence of tenants.

Guesting Rules

  • Guest of the opposite gender is not allowed inside the Stayello property.
  • Friend/guest/family member of tenants are allowed in the common area of the premises only between 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM. The property caretaker should be informed prior to the arrival of the guest/friend/family member
  • The overnight stay of the guest must be informed to the property caretaker and ID proof must be summited and will be charged Rs 500 per night. No separate bed will be provided in such a situation.

Dinning Rules

  • Food will be served as per the timelines provided by the Stayello management.
  • Breakfast - 08:00 AM to 9:30 AM | Lunch - 01:00 PM to 3 PM | Evening tea - 05:00 PM to 5:30 PM | Dinner - 08:00 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Any delays will not be entertained. And kitchen team/caretaker is not responsible for providing food after the above-mentioned time. All tenants are responsible for the cleanliness of their plates/spoon/pan/cup/glass provided by the Stayello management. Consumption of food is not allowed inside the room and must be eaten in the dining area provided in the Stayello property.

Refund Policy

  • Security deposit is only refundable if both the condition mentioned below is fulfilled
  • (a) Minimum LOCK-IN period of 6 months is served. (LOCK-IN period means minimum stay duration at STAYELLO PROPERTY)
  • (b) One month of notice period. (NOTICE period means informing the STAYELLO MANAGEMENT in written before 1 month of leaving the hostel.

Tenant Discipline Rules

  • In case it is discovered that the tenant is not abiding by the rules of the management, or there is any kind of indiscipline/misbehavior, the tenant may be asked to vacate the premises on 15 days' notice.
  • Any misunderstanding between the roommates/Stayello resident must be resolved on personal levels and it must not be public.
  • Tenants are required to maintain good conduct. Any act of serious Indiscipline will force the management to evict the person immediately. Consumption of any illegal substance including but not limited to Drugs/weeds/Alcohol is strictly prohibited on Stayello Premises.
  • In case of any medical issue, do inform the management & bring the medical prescriptions after being cured for verification.
  • The management has the right to inform parents/local guardians of the tenants of any unwanted activity/ illegal consumption/ violation of rules & regulations by the tenants.
  • Any discomfort to roommates/Owners/Managements/Neighbours because of any activity of the tenant must be discontinued immediately. For Scooty/Car Parking, take permission from the management before parking.
  • The facilities/amenities provided to the tenants must be returned in the same condition and must not be misused. No Celebration/function in the PG premises is allowed without permission from management.
  • Use your own study lamp if you wish to study late at night. Room main light will be switched off after 11 PM or can only running with the mutual consent of the roommates.
  • Use earphones to listen to music from your laptop/mobile in the presence of your roommates. Playing loud music inside the room is strictly prohibited.
  • Tying rope inside the room/common area to hang your clothes is strictly prohibited. Dry your clothes on the terrace only. Access to the terrace is only for using a washing machine or drying clothes. Any other activity is not allowed on the terrace. All Stayello properties are closed by 10 PM. Any late check-in after 10 PM and up till 12 AM midnight will be charged RS 100/- Any kind of disrespect towards the staff will not be tolerated and will result in eviction.
  • Please be respectful to other Stayello residents and neighbors of the property.
